Why does my bed shake and vibrate at night?

Having visited a graveyard is not relevant. If you really want to find out what is happening then get a seismograph or something similar to measure small movements. If they are actually showing movement when you think it is happening then investigate the source of the motion. It might be quite some distance as vibrations can travel.
