Is there any ways to get better mileage on my truck?

I have a 92 ford f150 short bed v8 302 2 wheel drive. It gets like 15 mpg if that, which is dumb. Its not a big truck so i think it should do better than that! What could i go at all to get that mpg up? Like changing the oil filter...
