Scammed by auction dealer/unable to transfer title in my name?

what money? that money is gone, you threw that away the day you bought some pile of crap of a jeep. I do not buy auction cars this is just one of many teasons why, and hours from home too? what were you thinking? people use auctions to unload broken crap cars. Anything you cannot test drive for at least 30 to 40 minutes, you do not buy. If you need to get it inspected for registration then the choice is fix it and get it too the inspection And you may have to go back to the auction and sit on the dumb jerk who cant read or is blind or what ever, and get the paperwork you need. You bought the vehicle, no one made you buy it, this whole thing is on you, It does not sound as if you learned a thing, you think the attorney general is going to do what? his first question is going to be, did you get a mechanic to inspect it? sorry man, dont get in a hurry, qnd never use an auction. now you know why.
