What gauge wire for multi amp install?

I'm about to do a fresh install in my truck. I'll be running a rockford fosgate 500w rms mono amp and a jl audio 300w rms 4 channel amp. I was looking at multi amp wiring kits and wasn't sure about whether to get 4ga or a 0ga kit to run both of them efficiently.
