Please Read! (Hamster Cage Situation)?

Okay, so I got a Roborovski hamster yesterday and l got her cage from Petco. It is a CritterTrail cage and my hamster is having some trouble with some of the features on the cage. I was wondering if transporting it to another cage would stress the hamster since it is still trying to know it's surroundings.
