ICS Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start?

It was working fine a few days ago, supplying internet to my Xbox 360. Now it just plain stopped and won't connect. The problem may be that two of the dependencies aren't started (Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access Connection Manager) but I am not sure. They are both set to automatic, but they don't start. When I try to manually start them I get Error 1068 all over again. I tried searching Yahoo Answers and Google, but nothing worked for me.
