Will each states National Guardsmen round up all illegals?

I hear the next plan in the works is for each State's NG troops to collect all illegals and humanely transport them across the border by bus to save tax payer $$$. ICE is collecting intel now on the locations of all illegals, especially those already incarcerated. All others shipped by military planes. They say this will be used as an "anti terrorism exercise." After which, troops returning home wil be stationed across the American border, guarding from future invaders. They say this alone will save tax payers billions a year, plus creating and opening up more job opportunities. Personally I love the idea, but when do you think this wil transpire, this year or next year?
