What would be the charge, if any, for this?

A person hit my car and when the Police officer was making the report, of course , both parties had to give their auto Insurance information. The other person gave an Insurance Agency, which turns out later, He has No Insurance at all with this company or any company. He had this filed on the Police Report. Would this be considered Filing a False report? If so, What are the charges for this sort of thing in the state of Tennessee?
