Can u claim transporting your family and friends around in your car?

My close friend takes her 3 sister's and there kids around where ever they need to go.Then she have a brother that she takes around 2,and one friend who she pick her daughter up from home and takes her to dance class and after class picks her up and sometimes take her home and she gets payed from them.My thought to her was that she's putting wear and tear on her car for so little money
